We do not have food available for purchase at Tranquility Bay Waterfront Inn. We have snack prep areas in room and personal barbecue on your private patio. There is a range of amazing restaurants that deliver here here or meander out to the local town 20 min away for some great dining experiences.

BASTED BAKER

Bakery, Brunch, Coffee, Sandwiches, Cafe. A bright, cozy, cute, well-designed cafe and the spot for brunch in the area. They’ve been touted with great service, vegetarian and dairy free options and known for good portion sizes, phenomenal creative plates of food. Look for cinnamon rolls and scones as well as a perfect eggs benny, burrito bowls, huevos rancheros and healthy options.

LIGHTHOUSE PUB

A popular food and dining location for locals and tourist alike since 1988. LUCKY'S SMOKEHOUSE

Southwestern, Bar, Barbecue, Canadian. At Lucky’s, they do whatever they can from scratch because that’s how they like to eat, They smoke it all low and slow the way traditional BBQ should be done, using hickory and oak wood for the flavour, no propane or natural gas. Indian food. This is our favourite ‘go to’ food delivery service at Tranquility Bay. Vegetarian options available. Eat in on a newly built socially distanced deck or we recommend this for guests arriving to relax with a glass of wine and delicious, authentic indian and enjoy the stunning property from your deck. Order by 7.30 pm l for delivery to your suite. Look for tikka masala chicken, coconut curry, an extensive menu and tell them your spice level.

SMITTY’S OYSTER HOUSE

Seafood. A forgotten marine repair shop was transformed into one of British Columbia’s most memorable eateries. Nestled on the shoreline of Gibsons Harbour, next to one of Canada’s few remaining working wharfs; watch the halibut and crab trawlers unload their catch, as you try the fresh local seafood and delicious BC wines. Oysters served in many ways, Seared Scallops, Filet Mignon, Tacos, and Tuna Tartar are things to taste.
